WHEN THREE FRIENDS MEET

João Oliveira, age42, is an events producer in Portugal.

He started is motorbike trips at the age of 22 in Europe - Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany and Belgium.

By 4X4 he had some adventure trips in Morocco and Tunisia.

His experience in Africa also includes South Africa, Mozambique and Cape Verde

Victor Moniz, age 49 and the mentor of this project "Volta a África", works in glass industry in Luanda, Angola.

He is the president of a non-profit social institution "Bairrada Solidária" (that has a goal of providing social solidarity in Bairrada Region, at centre of Portugal).

He started traveling by motorbike at the age of 23 and he is a very experienced driver/motorbike pilot.

His trips by motorbike were made in Europe, Latin and South America and also includes a participation in Mogol Rally.

In Africa is experience includes trips to Morocco, Angola, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, South Sudan, Burundi and South Africa, Swaziland and Lesotho.

 

Rui Vieira, age 44, work in an asset management company (property investment funds) in Portugal.

He traveled already through 95 countries and by 4X4 made the Panamerican trip from Circle, Alaska to Ushuaia, Argentina.

In Africa his experience includes South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Swaziland e Lesotho, and Morocco, Cape Verde and Senegal.

His last trip by 4X4 was in Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda.

Maria de Fátima Rosa, tenho 58 anos e vivo em Estarreja.

Sou aventureira, mas também procuro conhecimento e interacção com os povos. Tive felizmente a oportunidade de experienciar tudo isso durante três anos consecutivos em que realizei três viagens a Marrocos, nos anos de 2006 a 2008. Esta é a minha experiência, neste tipo de viagens.

Agora a Volta a África, vai ser a primeira grande aventura da minha vida.
